Thursday Painting Classes are Back!

My afternoon and evening painting classes on Thursday are back on as from tomorrow. Afternoons are 1 until 3pm and evenings are 7 – 9pm. These classes are held in my studio – 27G, Third Floor, Vernon Mill, Stockport SK1 2HX.

These have not been running for a while, but I am now recruiting new people. It is your chance to have a full immersive studio experience, painting in oil or acrylic.

The price for two hours, including oil paint, has gone up by a £1 to £16 – ( the landlord has raised my rent ) or you can paint for two hours using your own materials for £13. Price includes tea and coffee and biscuits.

It is a chance to paint using brushes or knives or both, to experiment and ultimately to bring out the best in you. I find that every student is unique and has different expectations as to what they may want from a painting class. Occasionally I also offer chances to go out to sketch, and later paint in the studio. We have also had portrait or life models in the past and may do so again if there is enough interest.
